We work as closely as possible to meet your deadlines but a lead-time is required to produce and fabricate your signs. Quantity and type of signs and/or banners as well as the proofing process also determines turnaround time. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. Turnaround time is a general estimate after all artwork has been approved. We will make every effort to get your project ready for you as quickly as possible without sacrificing the quality of the finished product.
Same day & 24-hour turnaroud times are available for certain items. Additional rush fees may apply.
We can produce signs to fit your needs. Both standard and custom sizes--small and large--are available. Please call our shop for more information. We can always help you with questions on what sizes you need for your sign project.
The best way is to e-mail us your file in an Adobe Illustrator format version CS2 or earlier with any text saved as graphics or outlines. However, if this is a problem we will do our best to work with the program your artwork is in. Having trouble with your artwork? Give us a call and we will try to help as much as possible.
Your approval on the final proof is assurance that you have looked over every aspect of our work and approve it as accurate. It benefits everyone if errors are caught in the proofing process rather than after the job is completed and delivered. This is a way of ensuring that everything is positioned accurately according to your requirements. Usually the proof will be sent to you via e-mail, fax, or can be viewed in our shop.

At this time, we do not install signs or banners. If you require installation, we will do our best to refer you to someone who can assist you once your sign is complete.
